About Us

Welcome to The Community of West Autumn, located in the Perry Township of Allen County, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

We are in the Northwest Allen County public-school system, served by Perry Hill Elementary, Oak View Elementary, Maple Creek Middle School, and Carroll High School.

We have 162 beautiful lots, of which 105 are single family homes and 57 villas. The West Autumn Association is managed by an elected board of directors, members of our community, that volunteer their time and talents to coordinate events, maintain our community assets and enforce the community covenants.

Neighborhood amenities include a pool (open Memorial to Labor Day Weekends) and a tennis & pickle ball court resurfaced in 2017, all conveniently situated near the entrance along Auburn Road and West Autumn Lane. Our neighborhood is just minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, and convenient to local dining, shopping, entertainment, medical, and other facilities.

Association dues, except for the Villas, include membership at the pool which are mandatory and payable annually. Villa owners may purchase pool membership upon request.

The Covenants and Bylaws for our neighborhood are also available upon request. They will provide you with more information on the rules and regulations of the community association.

Most crucial to consider when purchasing a home in West Autumn is ARTICLE III, Architectural Control. It states, "No building, improvement, construction, excavation, fence, wall, swimming pool or spa, exterior lighting, swing set, play equipment, statues, lawn ornament or other non-living ornamentation device, or other structure shall be commenced, erected, altered, or maintained upon any Lot, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration of any Dwelling Unit be made until two (2) sets of plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee as to (1) harmony of design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography, and (2) the standards and guidelines established by the Architectural Control Committee.”

We welcome you to inquire if you have any questions or interest in our community. Just go to our Contact Us page.

Cordially,
