Boats such as canoes, kayaks, small paddle boats, small sailboats, and row boats are allowed. No motorized boats of any kind are allowed. Pond property owners may store their boats pond side from May 1 through November 1. Off season boats must be stored inside or off site.

Fishing is allowed in the community ponds for residents of West Autumn. Guest may fish with residents (not without them). You may not enter onto another's property without their permission. Our residents that do not live on the pond may fish from the shore at the south end of the large pond near the outlet drain, or at the north end of the pond of the sidewalk where it heads East from Carvers Bay Run. We encourage a catch and release policy for bass under 16 inches in length. If you have any questions, contact a board member.

All community storm drains lead into the community ponds. The community pond outlet drain leads into the Roy Delagrange drain that runs along the south border of the community of West Autumn. It is a crime to dump any fluids of any type into the storm drains. Please help to keep our ponds safe and healthy by reporting any illegal dumping.

Our lawn maintenance contract has the area around the pool house and along Auburn Road mowed on a weekly basis. The commons along the sidewalk at the North end of the villas, the commons behind Genesta Cove, Great Pines Cove and the north end of Golden Harvest are mowed every other week. Sometimes additional mows are added during peak growth seasons. If you have any questions, concerns, or observe the contractor not mowing with proper frequency, please contact a member of the Lawn & Landscape Committee.

Irene Aldrete, our financial secretary coordinates repairs to the community street lights. Please contact her. It will help her identify which light by reporting the closest adjacent address.

Contact Irene Aldrete to schedule mailbox repairs and replacements. If a mailbox must be replaced, there is a fee for the replacement.

Contact Irene Aldrete or Ray Martin. Members should never hold the gate open for others, unless they are your guest and swimming WITH you. Only members with dues paid current and in good standing will have their cards activated.

Contact Irene Aldrete to obtain replacement cards for the pool. There is a $25 charge for replacement cards.

Our contract for snow plowing of community streets states that plowing will begin after the end of snowfall that accumulates 2 inches in dept or more. From time to time we may apply treatment around intersections if temperatures permit proper function of the material. However we do not currently contract salt application to control runoff impact to our ponds, as well as extend the life of our road surfaces.  Please adjust your driving for the weather conditions when appropriate. Home owners are responsible for their own snow removal, including the sidewalks along their frontage (excluding the villas which have a separate association fee for snow removal). 

Curb side recycling can be contracted for a nominal quarterly fee by calling Republic Services directly at (800) 876-9001. A special bin will be provided for this which is collected every other Thursday. 

Our community trash collection is contracted with Republic Services. Please always contact Irene Aldrete before calling Republic Services Directly for bin replacements.
